Just do what your mom says, and you shall live. Keep reminding her that you need computer. Keep treating her like an obstacle. Sooner or later, she'll accept you the way you're and give up on fighting. Besides, I designed a convenient workflow that suits your strict time limits:
-When you're away from computer, work on paper. Get a note book or diary and 2 pens.
-Do not type directly into Newgrounds news post. Use Microsoft Windows Notepad. When you're done, copy-paste all text into Newgrounds news post. That way you can write laaaarge stuff.
-Do not rush, take your time, weight every word. First work on paper, of course.
-When on computer, look at the clock, keep an eye on it. Save at around 10 mins before the end. After that - save very often every few sentences you type.
I got used to automatically saving everything I do very often. Like, as soon as I do something noteworthy, I hit Ctrl+S unwillingly. Sometimes, I'm pretty lucky - Flash crashes as soon as I save. Makes me happy that I'm so cautious.

I'm not wasting a lot of time on crap though. My mom thinks I should lay off electronics because of how i've been treating her for weeks. Stupid mom. And it's not because i'm on them a long time. 4 hours a day anyway. Not a lot of time wasted.
