Similar thing happened to me once. I was scootering at a high speed down this concrete path that went down a hill, and I feel off and scraped my knee real bad. It practically went from my knee cap down to a few inches above the foot. It was bleeding like hell and my friend was with me and was all worried. It stung a bit, I scraped my hands too and I said: "Cool, I'm bleeding." And laughed.

Once, two of my cousins 'borrowed' my scooter while visiting. I saw them take turns for a while, then as I was just ready to out, both of them went down the hill together... before I could warn them about a certain little dip. They both went airborne and bent the front mud guard :|
